Please do not submit passwords, bank account numbers, tax identifiers, tenant information, or financial documents through this form.

How the information is used

Inquiry details are stored for Grand Ledger Group to review, respond to your request, and discuss potential bookkeeping services. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a client engagement.

Website hosting and abuse prevention

The website and inquiry database use hosting infrastructure provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. These providers process data needed to operate the website. The inquiry endpoint uses a short-lived, one-way hash derived from a network address or email and a time window to limit repeated submissions. The website’s rate-limit entries are removed after they are older than one day when new inquiries are processed.

Access and retention

Inquiry records are not publicly available through this website. They remain in the site’s database for the business to handle the inquiry and related follow-up. No automatic deletion schedule has been configured for inquiry records. Hosting providers may separately retain operational logs under their own policies.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics. The hosting platform may use technical cookies or logs required to provide, secure, or authenticate access to the website.
